We switched from eCW to athenaOne last year — , the double-entry between scheduling and messaging in eCW drove me nuts. Athena’s two-way texting + auto eligibility checks (turn both on under Communication Settings) shaved our no-shows by about 20%; here’s their overview: https://www.athenahealth.com/.
