I totally feel your pain about the voice recognition struggling with medical terminology. , it drives me nuts when it misinterprets things like ‘hypertension’ into something ridiculous. I’ve found that manually editing the transcription right after dictating helps improve accuracy.
I’ve had similar issues, especially with terms like ‘ventricular tachycardia.’ One thing that helped me was editing the text right after dictating, which really boosts accuracy… Have you tried doing that, or do you have a different approach?
