We do a 10-minute ‘chart freeze’ at 2:55 — charge covers phones while @HIM_Jules runs the deficiency list and I batch-sign orders; we drop MRNs in one Teams thread and flip the Epic status banner to ‘clean’ so PACU sees consents are filed. If admissions spike, we prioritize OR/PACU returns and leave a one-liner for nights on the rest. Could your charge shield calls for a set 10 minutes to try this?
