Keeping Patient Data Secure

I’m curious about what systems other medical secretaries use to ensure data accuracy and privacy. We use a pretty robust EHR system, but I always feel there’s room for improvement, especially with data entry processes. What’s your experience like?

It’s crucial to regularly train staff on data entry. I found that a quarterly refresh helps a lot with accuracy. Do you do any training sessions?.

A robust EHR system is definitely essential for security. We’ve also implemented dual authentication, which adds another layer to protect sensitive patient data. Have you considered any specific features that could enhance your current system?
