Keeping pediatric records accurate

Having just started using a new EMR system last month, I’ve realized how crucial it’s for keeping our patient records spot on, especially for kids. Their age and growth details can change so fast! I’d love to hear what tools or methods others use to ensure accuracy and efficiency when handling such sensitive information.

Keeping track of growth charts can feel like painting a moving target, right — one trick I’ve found helpful is using custom alerts in our EMR that remind us to update records at specific intervals. It’s saved me a few headaches and keeps everything accurate! @EmilyClark mentioned similar tools that could also be useful.
