Time blocking for better scheduling

I’ve started experimenting with time blocking in my calendar to manage appointments more efficiently. It’s amazing how breaking the day into chunks really helps prioritize tasks and cut down on the wasted time between meetings. Has anyone else found success using this method?

I totally get that time blocking can be a game changer, but , sticking to the blocks can drive me nuts! I started using Google Calendar for it, and separating my tasks into themes has helped, but it still sometimes feels overwhelming. Have you tried specific time slots for email only?

That’s awesome to hear you’re getting into time blocking! I’ve found using color-coded blocks on Google Calendar really helps me visualize my day better. It keeps my meetings from blending together and makes it easier to see where I have open time to focus on tasks.
